Arpita Agro P\vt. Ltd. offers a customer-friendly policy for refunds and returns of your orders.

Defective or Damaged Orders
If you receive a defective or damaged order, you may apply for a return or exchange within 48 hours of the receipt of the order. You must contact Arpita Agro P\vt. Ltd. at [email protected] with proof of the defect or damage, such as photos of the product. You must also ensure that the product is new, unused, and unopened.

Product Quality Issues
If you have a problem with the quality of a product, such as if it tastes different than you expected, you may also apply for a return or exchange within 7 working days of the receipt of the product. You must contact Arpita Agro P\vt. Ltd. at info@arpitaagro.in with details of the problem.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please use a trackable method for return shipping, and for we are not responsible for any returned items that do not make it back to our warehouse.

Please send an email with the tracking number of the return shipment to [email protected] We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

In case of refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.

Cancellations
Cancellations have to be made within maximum 24 hours of placing an order. A formal email specifying the order number has to be sent to Arpita Agro P\vt. Ltd. at info@arpitaagro.in However, cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the order has been processed.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be returned, refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@arpitaagro.in and send your item to:

There is no exchange available on sale items.

Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.

Food Products
All food products are non-refundable/exchangeable. In case, Arpita Agro P\vt. Ltd. does not have the food product that you may have bought, we will contact you and either ask you to exchange it with another food product of the same value or higher or will refund you your amount.

Product Damaged Condition/ Past its Expiration Date

It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. In such a case, we will accept the return of such products and would ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost if available or refund your money for the same if the same product is not available. Please make sure that the original product and receipt is saved in order to make such returns.

Please send us an email on [email protected] with the image/photo of the invoice copy or the order number, the damaged/expiry dated products with 48 hours after the product has been delivered to your address mentioned while filling in your details.
